Nothing displayed in the Service — including but not limited to parsed signal data, performance metrics, R-multiples, win rates, leaderboards, or provider rankings — should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

2. No Endorsement of Signal Providers

The presence of a signal provider on any AgoraIQ leaderboard does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of that provider's skill, reliability, or honesty. Leaderboards reflect historical data submitted by users and verified against exchange prices. They do not predict future performance.

AgoraIQ does not verify the identity, qualifications, licences, or regulatory status of any signal provider whose signals are tracked through the Service.

3. Accuracy of Data

While we strive for accuracy, AgoraIQ cannot guarantee that:

Signal parsing (regex or AI-based) correctly interprets every message format.
Price data fetched from third-party exchanges is accurate, timely, or complete.
Performance calculations (win rate, R-multiple, return %) are free of error.
Leaderboard rankings are a reliable indicator of provider quality.

Users should independently verify any data presented by the Service before relying on it for any purpose.

4. Past Performance

  Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical signal outcomes displayed by AgoraIQ reflect what happened in the past under specific market conditions. Markets change. What worked before may not work again. Do not assume that a high win rate or positive R-multiple will continue.

5. Geographic Restrictions

  AgoraIQ is not available to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). The Service is not registered with or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other UK regulatory body. UK residents must not use the Service.

The Service may not be available or appropriate in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of AgoraIQ complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

6. Third-Party Services

AgoraIQ relies on third-party services including:

Telegram — for bot communication and message delivery.
Cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g. Binance, Bybit) — for price data.
Stripe — for payment processing.
AI language models — for fallback signal parsing.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Outages, API changes, or data errors from these providers may affect the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. ChatLogic Insights Ltd disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatLogic Insights Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to:

Financial losses from trading decisions informed by Service data.
Losses caused by incorrect signal parsing, inaccurate price data, or calculation errors.
Losses from service downtime, interruptions, or data loss.
Reliance on leaderboard rankings or provider performance metrics.

By using AgoraIQ, you acknowledge and accept that:

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions.
You should never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
AgoraIQ is a measurement tool, not a trading system or signal service.
