2.1 Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your Telegram password or authentication tokens.
- We do not read messages other than those you explicitly forward to the AgoraIQ bot.
- We do not collect financial account information, exchange API keys, or wallet addresses.
- We do not collect cookies or use tracking pixels on the web application (the app uses no client-side analytics).
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — Processing is necessary to provide the Service you have requested (signal tracking, leaderboards, billing).
- Legitimate interest — Server logging for security and abuse prevention.
- Consent — You consent to data processing by voluntarily forwarding signal messages to the bot.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Parse, track, and score trading signals you submit.
- Generate leaderboards and performance statistics.
- Process and manage your subscription via Stripe.
- Send you notifications about signal outcomes, billing events, and service updates via Telegram.
- Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- Improve the Service (aggregate, anonymised analytics only).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to billing data: stripe.com/privacy.
- Telegram — The bot operates through Telegram's Bot API. Telegram's privacy policy governs data transmitted through their platform.
- Infrastructure providers — Hosting and database services (servers located in the EU/US). These providers act as data processors under contractual obligations.
- Law enforcement — Only where required by law or valid legal process.
6. Leaderboards and Public Data
If you use AgoraIQ and your signals are ranked on leaderboards:
- Your Telegram username (if set) and aggregated performance metrics may be visible to other users.
- Individual signal details (entry, SL, TP, outcome) may be visible within group leaderboards if you participate in a group.
- You can stop appearing on leaderboards by ceasing to use the Service. Contact us to request removal of historical data.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 12 months after your last interaction with the bot.
- Signal data: Retained for the lifetime of your account to maintain leaderboard integrity. Deleted within 90 days of account deletion.
- Billing data: Retained for 7 years after the end of the billing relationship as required for tax and accounting compliance.
- Server logs: Automatically purged after 30 days.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all web and API traffic.
- Database access restricted by credentials and network rules.
- Stripe handles all payment card data — we never see or store card numbers.
- JWT-signed, time-limited tokens for checkout and billing links.
- Idempotent webhook processing to prevent data corruption.
No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to promptly addressing any breach.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
