  Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before engaging in any form of trading. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

1. General Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involves significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and can move substantially in short periods of time. The value of any cryptocurrency or derivative instrument can go to zero. Leveraged trading magnifies both potential gains and potential losses.

You should only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. Do not trade with borrowed funds or money needed for essential expenses.

2. AgoraIQ Is Not a Trading Service

AgoraIQ is a signal tracking and analytics tool. It does not:

Generate, recommend, or distribute trading signals.
Execute trades or connect to exchanges on your behalf.
Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Guarantee the accuracy of any data, metric, or ranking.
Endorse, certify, or vouch for any signal provider.

3. Risks of Relying on Signal Providers

AgoraIQ tracks signals that you forward from third-party providers. These providers are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or vetted by AgoraIQ or ChatLogic Insights Ltd. You should be aware that:

Signal providers may not be licensed, regulated, or qualified to give financial advice.
Historical performance tracked by AgoraIQ does not guarantee future results.
Providers may selectively share signals, delete losing calls, or manipulate their public track record outside of AgoraIQ.
Even providers with good historical track records can experience extended losing periods or blow up.
Many "free" or paid Telegram signal groups are scams designed to extract fees or promote pump-and-dump schemes.

  A high win rate on AgoraIQ does not mean a provider is trustworthy, profitable, or worth following. Win rate alone is misleading — a provider can have a 90% win rate and still lose money overall if their losses are disproportionately large. Always consider R-multiple, expectancy, sample size, and the time period involved.

4. Market Risks

Volatility risk: Cryptocurrency prices can move 10–50%+ in a single day. Stop losses may not execute at the expected price during extreme volatility (slippage).
Liquidity risk: Some trading pairs have thin order books. Large orders may not fill at the expected price.
Leverage risk: Leveraged positions amplify losses. A small adverse price movement can liquidate your entire position.
Exchange risk: Exchanges may experience outages, hacks, insolvency, or withdrawal freezes. Your funds on an exchange are not guaranteed.
Regulatory risk: Laws governing cryptocurrency vary by jurisdiction and are evolving. Your ability to trade, hold, or transfer cryptocurrency may change without notice.
Technology risk: Smart contract bugs, blockchain network congestion, oracle failures, and bridge exploits can result in total loss of funds.

5. Risks Specific to AgoraIQ Data

Parsing errors: Automated signal parsing may misinterpret message format, extract incorrect values, or miss key parameters.
Price data lag: AgoraIQ checks prices periodically (every 60 seconds). A TP or SL may be hit and reversed between checks, leading to inaccurate outcome recording.
Survivorship bias: Users may only forward winning signals, creating a biased view of a provider's true performance.
Small sample size: Metrics based on fewer than 30 signals are statistically unreliable. A provider with 5 wins out of 5 may simply have been lucky.
Cherry-picking: Users or providers may selectively track only certain signals to inflate metrics.

6. Geographic Restrictions

AgoraIQ is not available to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). The Service is not registered with or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), or any other UK financial regulatory body.

Users in other jurisdictions are responsible for determining whether their use of AgoraIQ complies with local laws. AgoraIQ makes no representation regarding the legality of the Service in any jurisdiction.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

AgoraIQ may experience downtime, bugs, or data loss. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. Critical trading decisions should never depend on AgoraIQ data alone.

8. Seek Professional Advice

Before making any trading or investment decision, you should consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor who understands your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals.

  If you do not understand the risks described in this disclosure, do not use AgoraIQ and do not trade. Take time to educate yourself about financial markets, risk management, and position sizing before risking any capital.
